The Athletes Hub is an inclusive resource that takes the planning out of BET and gives you more time to spend on actual training. The hub has five BET plans per month to be used with the Soma NPT app (iOS). Simply download, and follow. You can check the loading guidelines to adapt your program to your place in the season. Refer to the FAQ's section for up to date information and stay up to date with the latest research in mental fatigue.
